If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method or wallet. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is borne by the buyer.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return process above applies. Failed or cancelled payments automatically restore any wallet amounts used.
Installment purchases are governed by the Installment Agreement accepted at checkout, including its stated refund percentage on early termination.
Membership and Privilege Card fees are generally non-refundable once the benefits are activated, except where required by law.
Charitable donations are non-refundable once transferred to the charity, except in cases of proven duplicate or erroneous transactions — contact us promptly.
Paid reports and digital services are non-refundable once work has commenced or the report has been delivered.
