Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may include applicable taxes (SST). Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Product availability and delivery times are estimates.
Asianmicro.biz is a product-based marketplace. Membership tiers recognise genuine purchasing and referral activity. Any rebates, cashback or referral bonuses arise only from real product transactions and are not guaranteed income. We make no representation that you will earn any particular amount, and no income is promised for merely joining or introducing members. Membership rewards are not an investment and confer no equity or interest in the company.
Wallet points reflect rewards and balances within the platform. Withdrawals/payouts are subject to verification (including KYC), minimum thresholds and admin approval. We may adjust balances to correct errors or reverse fraudulent or cancelled transactions.
Donations made through the platform are transferred to the selected charity. Donations are generally non-refundable once processed. See our Refund Policy.
Payments are processed by Billplz (card / FPX). You agree to their processing of your transaction. We are not liable for gateway outages beyond our control.
No fraud, misrepresentation, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful scheme. Referral activity must be honest and must not promise guaranteed returns to others.
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
